At "YTV 4K Player" App, we hope that you would be absolutely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to contact us should you have any sales or technical questions. We would however be more than glad to assist you in setting things right should you feel that the service that you have bought is not what suits you best and you have already attempted to correct the issue with our support team.

You can use the app for free for three days. Do not make a payment if you have technical issues; this will not resolve the issue.

Important Information Regarding Order Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before you pay for the app, make sure to use the three-day free trial. Only make payments if you're happy.
  • Order cancellation isn't allowed without a good reason. Ordering by mistake or simply changing your mind are not good enough excuses.
  • After the order date, you have seven days to seek a refund.

If you would like a refund, please email us at [email protected] or open a support ticket on this website. Include screenshots and your complete payment receipt, along with an overview of your request.

It may take one to twenty days for us to start processing your refund.
